Admission Procedure
Gurudeva International Academy welcomes students into an environment of holistic learning, discipline, and growth. Our admission process is transparent, and designed to identify and nurture potential.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pre-Primary (Nursery, LKG, UKG): Minimum age – 3 years (as of June 1 of the academic year)
- Primary (Grades I–V) : Successful completion of the previous grade
- Middle School (Grades VI–VIII) and State: Based on previous academic performance and entrance test
- High School (Grades IX–X) and State: Admission through academic record, interaction, and entrance test
- Senior Secondary (I & II Year): Pass
in SSLC/Class X Examination (State/ICSE/Equivalent)
Science Streams: PCMB / PCMC
Commerce Stream: EBAC
How to Apply
Enquiry & Registration: Parents can submit an enquiry form online or visit the school office.
Application Form: Complete the form with student and parent details, attach required documents.
Entrance Test/Interaction: Conducted for certain classes to assess readiness.
Confirmation: Interaction with Academic Coordinator about Entrance Test performance
Fee Payment: Admission confirmed after payment of the prescribed fees.
Orientation: Parents and students attend orientation to understand school policies and culture.

Fee Structure & Payment Options
- Fee includes tuition, labs, library, and select co-curriculars
- Boarding fees cover hostel, dining, and laundry services
- Parents may request the detailed fee chart at the office or online portal
- Payment Modes:
- Online: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards
- Offline: Cash, DD, Cheque (at school office)
- Installments available
- Late payments may attract penalties as per school policy

GIA Talent Exam
Empowering Rural Talent through Education
- The GIA Talent Exam is an annual scholarship examination conducted by the foundation, with the vision of supporting and nurturing bright students from the region.
- Each year, around 800 students from various rural schools participate in this competitive exam, which aims to identify and encourage academic excellence among young learners.
- A total of 20 meritorious students — 10 each from Grade 5 and Grade 8 — are awarded the prestigious GIA Scholarship, which supports their continued education at Gurudeva International Academy.
- At present, 60 students are actively benefiting from this scholarship program. Over the years, more than 100 scholarship recipients have successfully pursued higher education in various fields, reflecting the long-term impact of this noble initiative on the lives of deserving rural students.
